If we fancy a pizza and we don't have some basis at home, we will use the daily bread to prepare what is marketed as panini frozen. That is, a pizza whose base is a slice of bread. We propose one tuna with tomato and cheese. Do you prefer another recipe?

Ingredients

  • small half baguette
  • 1 can of canned tuna
  • fried tomato
  • roasted red pepper
  • mozzarella in special string for gratin
  • oil
  • oregano and salt

Preparation

  1. Spread a little oil on the panini, put plenty of mozzarella on top and season with salt and pepper.

  2. We make a sauce with the drained tuna, a little fried tomato, the very finely chopped pepper and a little salt and oregano.

  3. We take the panini to the oven at about 200 degrees and for about 15 minutes in a medium position so that it browns evenly on both sides.
