We have already done many burger recipes, among them we highlight that of bean or of salmon. Also fish is this tuna burger. It is delicious in a good bread and accompanied by vegetables, cheese and some sauce.

Nor is it bad at all if we use it as a fish fillet, accompanied by a good garnish of salad, vegetables or chips.

Burgers do not have to be meat, they can also be fish. Enjoy this delicious tuna burger with this recipe and enjoy another type of burger

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna packed in water, drained and shredded
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 bit of chives, minced
  • Buy

  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg white well with the mayonnaise and mustard.

  2. Add the tuna, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and the spring onion.

  3. Season and knead well.

  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into a hamburger.

  5. We both passed the burgers through the remaining breadcrumbs.

  6. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and cook the burgers back and forth until they are golden brown and done.
