700 grams of tuna loin
2 green onions
1-2 not very ripe red tomatoes
1 egg
Sal Island
Pepper
Soy sauce

Preparation

It is important that for all the anisakis issue, we freeze and thaw a good piece of tuna loin of about 700 grams, once we have it thawed, we have two options. Either we cut it into small cubes with the help of a knife, or if you like it a little more chopped, we can help ourselves with the Braun 7 blender that comes with Smartspeed technology, a button that changes the speed and that allows you to shred the product according to the size you want.
Once we have crushed it, we place it in a bowl and add the spring onion, hard-boiled egg, and finely chopped red tomato.
Season everything with salt and pepper and add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a coffee-sized teaspoon of Dijon mustard, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of one lemon, and the chopped parsley.
We stir everything well so that the ingredients are integrated.
With the help of a ring-shaped mold, we assemble the tartare and accompany it with a raw egg on top and with a bouquet of green salad leaves lightly seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and the juice of a lime.
