2 turkey fillets of about 400 gr
100 gr of cooked ham
150 gr of sliced cheese
Olive oil

100 ml of fine wine

Preparation

We open the turkey tenderloins in half, as if they were a book, and season them inside. We put some slices of ham and cheese on top, and cover with the other turkey lid. We season again on the outside.
We put a baking tray, and we put a drizzle of olive oil, and we put them in the oven previously heated to 220 degrees, baking the sirloins for about 20 minutes.
After that time, we take out the sirloins, add the wine and bake them again, occasionally watering the sirloins with the sauce from the tray so that they do not dry out.
Meanwhile, we prepare a grill on the fire, and when we remove the fillets, we simply seal them a little with the iron to give them the final touch.
Now, we only have to serve them accompanied by a rich salad and with a little cream of balsamic vinegar.
