Vacuum packed egg custards

Surely at home you prepare homemade flan Well, today I want to share with you a recipe that you are going to love. These are vacuum packed egg custards.

They are perfect, smooth, well cooked and with a lot of flavor. Although the best thing is that we know that they are well packaged so it allows us to extend the storage time in the fridge up to 10 days.

To make them use the most basic menu of the programmable pot. I put a little water in the bottom of the bowl of the pot and I put the jars well, I close the pot and in a few minutes I have some authentic egg custards.

To make the vacuum you have to make sure that the jars and lids are perfect, no cracks or tears, clean, odorless, rust-free and with the new rubber.

Both the jars and the lids They are very cheap and you can buy them online.

Great recipe. What temperature does the pot reach? Can it be substituted for a yogurt maker?
    Thank you

      Hi dove:

It is not only the temperature that the pot reaches also the pressure influences.

The yogurt maker works at a low temperature for a long time, so I would not use it.

If you don't have a programmable pot, use the same system as for vacuuming jams.

      Kisses!!
