Ingredients

• 100 g of sugar
• 70 g icing sugar
• 20 g Milbona butter
• 5 dl of Milbona cream
• 100 g whole wheat bread
• 1 vanilla bean

Preparation

1. We open the vanilla pod, and put the cream with the vanilla in a saucepan over low heat. Let everything infuse with the heat at low for about 10 minutes. Then remove and let cool.

2. Crumble the bread into small crumbs, and in a pan while we put the brown sugar on the fire. We let it make caramel and add the butter. We stir everything and add the breadcrumbs. Once we have caramelized the breadcrumbs, we spread them on a parchment paper to cool them well.

3. Once we have the cold bread crumbs, we crush them well so that they remain in tiny pieces.

4. We remove the vanilla pod from the cream and add the icing sugar. We beat with the rods until a cream is formed without getting to mount. Add the caramelized crumbs and put the mixture in a plastic container and cover it. Then we let the ice cream freeze for 8 hours.
