Pasta salad, vegetables and fruit

Being able to drink it warm, this salad is healthy and light to be able to resume that pre-Christmas diet that we seem to have forgotten about. Rich in vegetables and fruit, this complete pasta dish can be a good one for both lunch at work and dinner.

The personal touch should be given to the recipe in its vinaigrette. We have made it with orange marmalade, which combines with fruits and with the sour taste of vinegar.
