Ingredients
- 500 g of beef to cook
- Half a medium onion
- 3 medium carrots
- 125 g of small mushrooms
- 200 g of already cooked artichoke hearts
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 180 ml of white wine

Preparation
- We cut the meat in small cubes. We prepare a large casserole and add the olive oil. We add the meat and fry it over medium heat.
- While we can go washing the mushrooms. We will soak them in a small bowl with water and clean them lightly with our hands.
- The carrots We will also clean them, scratch the outside and cut it into thin slices.
- We cut the onion in small pieces and fine to add immediately to the meat.
- We also prepare the artichoke hearts. We will cut them into medium pieces, not too small so that they do not fall apart when cooked.
- When we have the meat somewhat done, we overturn the onion and we leave cook everything together. If the onion is almost already sautéed, add the carrots and mushrooms and let it cook all together, turning every so often.
- We add the white wine and we cover with Water. We let it cook over medium heat until we check that the carrot is almost cooked. During its cooking we are observing that the water is not lowered too much, if so we are adding a little water so that it does not lack.
- At the point that the carrot is almost cooked, add the artichoke hearts and we continue cooking until everything is cooked and soft. We will finish the dish with a not too abundant broth in the stew, with all the vegetables just right and the meat soft.
