Ingredients

For the base:

  • 150 gr. spaghetti
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 spoonful of butter

For the filling:

  • half broccoli
  • 1 red or green bell pepper
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 chicken breast already cooked (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • pepper
  • basil
  • dried tomato powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml. cream for cooking
  • grated cheese for topping
  • oil
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. First of all, we prepare the vegetables. Chop the small broccoli, since we will not boil it, the same as the pepper and onion. We put the vegetables to fry in a wide frying pan with oil until they are just right, cooked but with a crunchy touch. Season with salt and pepper and season with dried tomato and basil. So, we mix with the chopped breast (it's totally optional, we can not put it), but yes, the grated cheese. We booked.

  2. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for about 7 minutes so that they are al dente. Drain them very well and mix them with the egg, cheese and butter. We arrange the pasta in a greased detachable mold. Place the chicken and vegetable filling on top of the spaghetti.

  3. In a bowl, mix the lightly seasoned cream with the eggs. Pour over the cake and cook it, covered with aluminum foil, in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste. Bake for another 10 minutes to brown the cake.
