White chocolate milkshake, very cold and creamy

The chocolate shake is nothing new and it would be a bit boring if we posted the recipe on Recetín. But maybe you have never tried the white chocolate one? We have made it and we have served it very cold. It is delicious if you flavor it with a little orange zest, with coffee powders, cocoa powder or almond crocanti.

Ingredients

• 250 grams of white chocolate
• 250 ml. fresh cream
• 500 ml. milk
• 4 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

1. Heat half of the milk well and once off the heat, melt the chocolate in it with the help of some rods.

2. Once we have a homogeneous cream, add the sugar and the rest of the milk.

3. Let cool and beat together with the cold cream.

4. Put back in the fridge for a while to cool.
