This watermelon and feta cheese salad is perfect for hot days when we feel like eating something refreshing

Ingredients

  • 500 gr of watermelon
  • A little coriander
  • 200 gr of feta cheese
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Clean the watermelon and cut it into cubes. We put it in a container.

  2. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the container together with the watermelon.

  3. Chop the coriander very finely and add it back to the container.

  4. Now, we only have to dress it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
