- 1 kilo of watermelon without seeds
- 350 grams of icing sugar
- The juice of a lemon
- Some mint leaves
- 300 ml water
A fresh and healthy snack option for the little ones is the recipe we have prepared for today. A delicious watermelon slush that will be the delight of both children and parents.
Preparation
We chop the watermelon and put it in a bowl. Next, we add lemon juice, icing sugar and water. We crush everything in the blender glass. We taste it for sugar in case you need a little more and we put it in a container, putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
After those two hours, we stir so that a block of ice is not made and we put it back in the freezer. We put it back one more hour.
We serve the granita in glasses and decorate it with some mint leaves
