You're probably used to seeing the typical dark chocolate brownie, and today we wanted to give a touch of the most special preparing this brownie but with white chocolate. It is delicious and warm with a ball of dark chocolate, it is delicious. Without a doubt, a perfect accompaniment to any final touch to a meal. Do we prepare it?

Surely you are used to seeing the typical dark chocolate brownie, and today we wanted to give a very special touch by preparing this white chocolate brownie or blondie

Ingredients
- 150 gr of walnuts
- 160 gr of chocolate
- 100 g of unsalted butter at room temperature
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 75 gr of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of Royal chemical yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
To prepare our brownie we have used our Thermomix, but you can also prepare it without it, it will only take a little longer to make the dough, but the process is absolutely the same.
Put the walnuts in the Thermomix glass and chop them for 5 seconds at speed 4. Leave them reserved. Now put the white chocolate into pieces in the glass and to chop it up, you only have to use 3 turbo taps and then 5 seconds at speed 9. Leave it reserved as well.
Put the butterfly in the Thermomix, and put the butter at room temperature, the sugar, the two eggs and the vanilla extract in the glass. Program at speed 3 for 5 minutes at 37 degrees. Add to the mixture the flour, the chocolate that we have crushed, the yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix everything 5 seconds at speed 3.
Remove the butterfly and incorporate the walnuts and mix everything with the help of the spatula. You will notice that it will cost you a little bit, so be patient.
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, and prepare a buttered mold and add the mixture. When the oven is hot, put the brownie in and bake for 25 minutes until you notice it's done.
Now unmold and cut it into the shape you want. Enjoy it!
