Ingredients

• 1 kilo of white fish fillets
• 1 cebolla
• Half Garlic
• A little pepper
• 125 ml of cream for cooking
• Parsley
• Sal Island

Preparation

1. We wash the fillets of our fish and season it to taste.

2. Prepare a baking dish and place the fish. On top of it, we put the onion rings and the potatoes cut into very thin slices.

3. Roast the fish for 15 minutes and once that time has passed, put the liquid cream on top and bake again for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. After that time, take it out of the oven and enjoy it.
