White pizza, no tomato

The pizza Bianca or white pizza has the peculiarity of not having tomato on the base. It is therefore the ideal pizza for those children who are not very fond of tomatoes. As we already taught you in Recetín, an example of white pizza is the potato, which if it had tomato would overshadow the mild flavor of the potato.

The white pizza carries at the base lots of mozzarella and a little oil. In Italian restaurants we usually see varieties that have extra ingredients such as 4 cheeses, artichokes, eggs, onion or zucchini. We give you other ideas.

We have prepared one with a base of mozzarella, oil and pepper. We have put it in the oven and when the mozzarella is melted and begins to brown we have added some sautéed mushrooms, garlic, chopped parsley and smoked salmon or tuna in Band-Aids. We give it a strong blow from the oven and that's it.

Another option is to put the base directly to bake with the mozzarella, oil, ground pepper, a few slices of goat cheese and cooked spinach. At the time of eating it, a drizzle of spicy oil or some pine nuts goes very well.
