Ingredients

  • 150 gr. of cookies
  • 60 gr. of butter
  • 3 unsweetened Greek yogurts
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Strawberry jam

Preparation

  1. While we preheat the oven to 180 degrees, we prepare the base of the cake. To do this, we grind the biscuits and mix them with the almost melted butter. Helping ourselves with our fingers, pinching the dough, we will obtain a sandy and compact paste. We extend this preparation at the base of a detachable mold.

  2. Mix the yogurt and condensed milk. Pour into the mold over the dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Once out of the oven, let the tart cool to room temperature before refrigerating.

  3. Decoration: Get that marble effect by putting a layer of yogurt and some bands of jam on the cake. With a fork, drag and melt the jam over the yogurt to draw.

    I make it with 4 natural yogurt and a 397 gr can of condensed milk. and I make the base with dough and not with biscuit, but it is essentially the same.

    It does not specify the amount of yogurt in grams.
    I have milk kefir and I want to test that.
    And it doesn't help to say 3 yogurts.
