Shayi mai sanyi shine ɗayan mafi kyawun ƙawaye don tsayayya da yanayin ƙarancin da ke gaba. Bayan kasancewa ɗaya daga cikin abubuwan sha mafi ƙoshin lafiya tare da ƙarin kaddarorin masu fa'ida, ya dace don kashe ƙishirwa da zafi. Amma… ko kun san yadda ake yin cikakken shayin iced?
- Lokacin da kuka shirya ruwan shayi mai zafi, da zarar kun barshi ya huta a cikin gilashin, saka koren ganyen shayi a kowane kofi kuma a bar shi a cikin firinji da daddare. Sannan ki sake tace shi ki kara kankarar.
- Don ba shi ɗanɗano mafi ƙarfi, maimakon amfani da kumburin kankara, yi amfani da kayan shayi wanda zaku iya saka dan sukari kadan, da wasu ganyen na'a-na'a ko kuma feshin lemon tsami.

- Idan zakuyi zaki da shi sanyi, mafi kyaun zaki shine syrup.
- Yana da matukar mahimmanci barin huce shayin kafin saka shi a cikin firinji. Tunda bambancin yanayin zafi yana da lahani ga ɗanɗano, don haka bari ya zo yanayin ɗumi kafin sanya shi a cikin firinji.
- Kar a bar shayi a cikin firinji tsawon kwanaki (bai fi kwana 2-3 ba) saboda in ba haka ba zai fara rasa dandano da kaddarorin sa.
