da itacen oatmeal u "oat flakes" ana matukar yabawa a duniyar Anglo-Saxon, kuma galibi ana cin su don karin kumallo a cikin romon mai ɗanɗano, amma ba tare da wahala (mai albarka) na botridge ko poleas wanda muka riga muka gabatar a ciki recetín. Yawancin lokaci ina saya nawa a sashen duniya na sanannen kantin sayar da kayayyaki. 2 da rabi a cikin microwave za su isa ga flakes na oat su sha ruwa kuma su sha dukkan abubuwan da muke ɗorawa a cikin ruwa (kamar shinkafa). Rakiya tare da 'ya'yan itacen da suka bushe ya bambanta (ayaba, kwakwa, zabibi, apple), ko sabo (strawberries, apple, orange….) Da / ko malalar zuma, syrup cakulan… A dandano mai cin abincin! Microwave da sigar gargajiya sun haɗa.

Hanyar gargajiya:
- Haɗa oatmeal tare da madara da sandar kirfa 1/2 (ko kirfa a ƙasa) a cikin tukunyar ƙasa mai nauyi (duk wanda kuke da shi wanda ba zai manna ba).
- Idan ya fara tafasa sai a sauke zafin, sai a zuba sikari da zuma sai a dafa a hankali na tsawan minti 4, ana juyawa lokaci-lokaci.
Rakiya tare da 'ya'yan itacen da aka bushe, karin kirfa a ƙasa, zuma, feshin cream, syrup cakulan…. Kirkira abubuwa!
