Soya "nama" cannelloni

Za mu shirya wasu cannelloni na gargajiya ta hanyar amfani da abin da ake kira waken soya. Wannan samfurin ya dace da masu cin ganyayyaki / ganyayyaki yana samun lokacin shayarwa daidaituwar taushi mai kamanceceniya da na nikakken nama. A saboda wannan dalili yana da matukar amfani don shirya abubuwan cikawa, waina, ƙwallan nama ko hamburgers.
