- 500 ml. msuzi wa apulo
- 1 manzana
- 6 strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- Chitsamba cha 1
- 10 gr. agar agar powder (kapena 12 gelatin mapepala)
- Supuni 1 supuni ya vanila
Wina «odzola» mchere ndi agar-agar. Izi algae ndere Ili ndi mapulogalamu ambiri kukhitchini popeza ilibe kununkhira, chifukwa chake imalola kukonzekera kulikonse, lokoma kapena la mchere, lotentha kapena lozizira. Agar agar ndiosavuta kugula mu mawonekedwe a ufa, kuchokera kwa akatswiri azitsamba kapena malo ogulitsa makamaka.
Kukonzekera:
1. Kutenthetsani madzi a lalanje ndi apulo, onjezerani agar-agar ndikuyambitsa ndi ndodozo mutawira pang'ono mpaka sipatsala mabampu. Onjezani vanila ndikupitiliza kumenya. Timapumitsa kunja kwa motowo kwa mphindi zingapo.
2. Ikani theka la chipatso chodulidwa pansi pa nkhungu kapena galasi, kapena zingapo, ndipo onjezerani madziwo. Timaphatikiza zipatso zonsezo pamwamba. Lolani gelatin kuziziritsa kwa mphindi 5 musanayike mufiriji.
3. Timadikirira kwa maola angapo tisanadzatseke ndikutumikira.
