- 200 gr. nougat wochokera ku jijona
- 500 gr. mkaka
- 200 gr. zonona zamadzimadzi
- 90 gr. shuga
- Masamba awiri a ufa wothira
- Zokongoletsa kuti mulawe (kirimu wokwapulidwa, madzi a chokoleti, madzi a caramel, amondi a crocanti, ndi zina zambiri)
Kukonzekera
- Phwanya nougat mincer, mpeni kapena wodzigudubuza kukhitchini. Malo osungira.
- Mu poto, onjezerani mkaka, kirimu, shuga ndi maenvulopu awiri a curd. Muziganiza bwino ndi kutentha.
- Ikayamba kuwira yonjezerani nougat yomwe tidadula ndikusakanikirana bwino. Lembetsani kutentha ndi kusonkhezera mpaka nougat itasungunuka ndipo pali chisakanizo chofanana. Nthawi zambiri ndimadzithandiza ndi spatula kapena supuni kuti ndithetse zotumphukira pamakoma a poto, ngakhale zili zachilendo kuti pali mtedza wina wa amondi wochokera ku nougat.
- Thirani nkhungu kapena siponji ya keke yopopera ndi kuzizira mufiriji kwa maola angapo mpaka itakhazikika.
