Zakudyazi ndi nkhuku ndi bowa

ndi Zakudyazi, monga pasitala, titha kusangalala nawo ndi misuzi yambiri ndi zosakaniza. Tigwiritsa ntchito kuphatikiza kwapadera kwa nkhuku, bowa ndi zonona kuti tisangalale ndi Zakudyazi za mpunga. Zosakaniza: 300 gr. a Zakudyazi za mpunga, 300 gr. chifuwa cha nkhuku, ma clove atatu a adyo, 3 gr. wa bowa, 200 ml. mkaka wosanduka madzi, 200 ml. msuzi wa soya, mafuta, tsabola ndi mchere, zonunkhira (ginger, chitowe, curry ...)

Kukonzekera: Timayamba powononga pang'ono adyo wosungunuka m'mafuta kenako ndikuwonjezera bere lotsekemera. Mchere ndi tsabola ndipo akatenga mtundu, onjezerani bowa wodulidwa ndikuphika mpaka madzi onse atayika. Kenako onjezerani mkaka ndi msuzi wa soya ndikuphika kwa mphindi zochepa mpaka msuziwo ukulimba. Wiritsani Zakudyazi m'madzi amchere ndikuzitsuka. Timasakaniza ndi msuzi ndi zonunkhira kuti tilawe.
