  • 180 gr. mkaka wosanduka nthunzi
  • Supuni 3 za tchizi grated
  • ½ supuni ya tiyi ya ufa
  • Supuni 1 ya katsabola

  1. Thirani mafuta ndi kirimu tchizi mu poto ndi kuyambitsa moto wochepa mpaka tchizi usungunuke bwino.
  2. Onjezerani mkaka wosungunuka ndi kusonkhezera kwa mphindi zingapo mpaka titapeza kirimu chofanana.
  3. Onjezerani ufa wa adyo ndi katsabola mukapitiliza kuyambitsa.
  4. Pomaliza onjezerani tchizi tating'onoting'ono ndikuphika pamoto wochepa, oyambitsa mpaka tchizi utasungunuka kwathunthu ndipo msuzi uli ndi mawonekedwe osasunthika opanda mabampu.
