  • 90 g shuga wa nzimbe ndi pang'ono pang'ono pamwamba
  • 3 huevos
  • 200 g wa kirimu madzi
  • Sinamoni ufa
  • Pepala limodzi la mkate wofupikitsa

  1. Timatsuka dzungu ndikudula mzidutswa. Timayika mu uvuni. Kuphika pa 180º kwa mphindi pafupifupi 50.
  2. Tikakazinga, timachotsa khungu ndikudula zamkati.
  3. Timagaya zamkati, ndi chosakanizira kapena chopangira chakudya. Tidzafunika 500 g wa puree wa dzungu.
  4. Ikani 500 g wa dzungu, nzimbe, mazira, zonona ndi sinamoni wapansi m'mbale.
  5. Timasakaniza bwino.
  6. Timayala pepalalo pachikombole cha masentimita 26 m'mimba mwake.
  7. Timayika chisakanizo cha maungu chomwe takonza pa mtanda.
  8. Timwaza shuga pang'ono pamwamba.
  9. Kuphika pa 200º kwa mphindi 15. Timatsitsa uvuni mpaka 180º ndikuphika mphindi 40 pafupifupi. Ngati panthawiyi tiona kuti pamwamba pake pakuda kwambiri, titha kuphimba ndi pepala lopaka mafuta.
