  • 60 g leek
  • 20 g wamafuta owonjezera a maolivi
  • 200 g mbatata (kulemera kamodzi katasenda)
  • Pakati pa 500 ndi 700 g wa msuzi wa nkhuku
  • Zitsamba
  • Pepper
  • chi- lengedwe
Kukonzekera
  1. Timatsuka leek ndikudula magawo.
  2. Timatsuka bowa ndikudulanso.
  3. Thirani mafuta mu poto ndikutsitsa leek poyamba.
  4. Kenako, patapita mphindi zochepa, onjezani bowa wodulidwa.
  5. Timasenda mbatata, tidule mzidutswa zabwino ndikuziwonjezeranso mu phula.
  6. Patatha mphindi zochepa timawonjezera msuzi wa nkhuku, 500 g yoyamba idzakhala yokwanira kotero kuti tisungire zotsalazo.
  7. Onjezerani zitsamba zonunkhira ndikulola zosakaniza zonse ziphike bwino (pafupifupi mphindi 25 zidzakhala zokwanira).
  8. Tikaphika, timathira chilichonse ndi chosakanizira kapena chopangira chakudya, ndikuwonjezera msuzi pang'ono ngati tiona kuti zonona zakula kwambiri.
  9. Timasintha mchere ndikukhala ndi mkate wofufumitsa.
