  • Tsabola woyera, wakuda komanso wofiyira
Kukonzekera
  1. Timayika nyemba, tchizi, zitsamba zonunkhira (zouma kwa ine) ndi mayonesi mu blender kapena mincer glass.
  2. Komanso pafupifupi 10 g wamafuta owonjezera a maolivi ndi tsabola pang'ono. Timadula chilichonse mpaka titapeza pate.
