  3. Timayika chopondera mbale. Akaphika timawaika mu colander ndi kuwasiya akukhetsa.
  4. Tiyeni tikonzekeretse bechamel poika batala mu cocotte yomweyo yomwe idzakhale yopanda kanthu.
  5. Ikasungunuka timathira ufa. Timaphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
  6. Tsopano onjezerani madzi omwe amasulidwa ndi sipinachi, oyambitsa nthawi zonse.
  7. Onjezani msuzi kapena mkaka pang'onopang'ono, osayima kuti muyambe.
  8. Ndi lumo kapena mpeni, timadula sipinachi yophika kale.
  9. Tikakhala ndi bechamel yathu timapanga sipinachi.
  10. Timasakaniza. Kuphika kwa mphindi zochepa, ndikuyambitsa.
  11. Tikamaliza, titha kuyika azungu oyera pamwamba ndikuwalola kuphika mu uvuni kapena ngakhale pamoto wochepa. Azungu akamaliza, onjezerani yolks ndipo, mutatha mphindi ziwiri kapena zitatu, mutumikire.
