  1. Timatsuka mphodza.
  2. Timakonza ndiwo zamasamba, kutsuka ndi kusenda.
  3. Timayika madzi mu poto ndikuyika pamoto mpaka utatenthetsa. Timawonjezera mphodza.
  4. Komanso kaloti, udzu winawake wambiri ndi mbatata yosenda.
  5. Timayika pamoto wapakati ndipo, tikuphika, timawonjezera madzi momwe timaonera.
  6. Akaphika pafupifupi timapanga masoseji. Titha kuziyika molunjika mu poto, ndi mphodza. Ndasankha kuzipanga poto ndikuziwonjezera pambuyo pake kuti ndipewe mafuta (zambiri zimakhalabe poto).
