  2. Tikaphika timatsuka.
  3. Poto wowotchera timaika mafuta pang'ono ndipo tiwotcha anyezi mpaka kuwonekera.
  4. Onjezerani adyo, udzu winawake, paprika, tsamba la bay, thyme ndi cube yanyama. Timayenda bwino ndipo timaphatikiza zokoma zonse.
  5. Tidzaika mphodza mu galasi la blender kapena chosungunulira, ndikudya masamba.
  6. Tiyenera kupeza puree wowuma.
  7. Tisamutsira chisakanizo ichi m'mbale ina ndikuwonjezera dzira lomenyedwa, mchere ndi zinyenyeswazi. Tidzasokosera ngati kuti tikupanga nyama yothira nyama. Mutha kuwonjezera mafuta pang'ono kuti apange zotsatira zake.
