- 3 azungu azira
- Supuni 5 shuga
Pogwiritsa ntchito thovu komanso lowala kwambiri, mafuta a yogurt amenewa ndi mchere watsopano osati wolemera chilimwe. Titha kuyatsa nawo uchi, quince, zipatso, kupanikizana ... Kodi mulawe bwanji?
Kukonzekera: 1. Timakweza mazira azungu pamodzi ndi theka la shuga mpaka atakhazikika kwambiri mothandizidwa ndi ndodo zamagetsi.
2. Kupatula apo timapanganso zonona zamadzi ozizira kwambiri ndi shuga wonse.
