Ena ayamba tchuthi. Ena amabwerera kuntchito. Zilibe kanthu, chifukwa timayamba sabata ndi mwezi ndi chakudya cham'mawa chabwino potengera pasiegos sobaos. Upangiri, tiyeni tigule zinthu zabwino kupanga sobaos, makamaka batala (Palibe margarine kapena masamba ena olowa m'malo!) ndi mazira, makamaka organic kapena free-range, kotero kuti aziwonjezera kukoma ndi utoto ku mtanda.
