Olives stuffed with minced meat

We bring you a very new aperitif in Spain but centenary in Italy, the ascolana olives. These olives are stuffed with minced meat and fried pies. Over time, the original recipe has changed, especially in the filling ingredients.

    Jo if it is already a job when we stuff the squid, I can't imagine putting myself to stuff olives one by one ...

    They have to be good, although for a long time I think I will continue to eat them stuffed with anchovies.
