Pizza-flavored emperor marinade

The emperor is a fish very well accepted by the little ones thanks to its fleshy texture and the absence of uncomfortable skins or spines. If we prepare it in batter or breaded, we already have more points to succeed with the little ones. Do we want to ensure success? Well, I think that with this tomato and oregano marinade, with a pizza flavor, we will get it. A little mayonnaise and a side of salad are enough to make a round fish dish.

The emperor has everything to please even the children so we are going to use it to prepare an Emperor Marinade with a pizza flavor that they will like even more

Ingredients

• 500 gr. diced swordfish
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 teaspoons dried tomato powder
• 1 tablespoon of oregano
• extra virgin olive oil
• black pepper
• shawl

Preparation

1. We start by seasoning the swordfish cubes and letting them marinate in a marinade made with a little oil, oregano, crushed garlic and tomato powder.

2. Optionally, we can add a splash of vinegar.

3. We let the fish marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge in an airtight container

4. Then, we drain a little of the juice and flour it

5. Fry in abundant hot oil and serve after having drained it in a little oil.
