If we are not too daring in the kitchen, it is better not to complicate ourselves and throw more of our creativity without risking or investing a lot of time or effort. 150-200 gr. rice bomb
1 l. milk
125 gr. sugar
18 fresas
3 tablespoons rose water

Preparation

Wash the rice, drain it very well and place it in a pot. Cover it with cold water and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Strain it and rinse it with cold water.
Bring the milk to a boil and add the rice and sugar. Let simmer for 5 minutes. After the time, we add the sugar. Let cook for another 10 minutes.
It is time to add the rose water and the chopped strawberries. Boil the rice for another 5 minutes, stirring from time to time so that the strawberries release their color and flavor. The rice should be creamy, without finishing the milk.
Divide into dessert glasses or a platter and let the dessert cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge.

Notes

Mix of flavors: Substitute a part of the cow's milk for coconut milk to give this rice an exotic touch and a greater perfume.
