Gelatin with fruits: in a glass or in cubes, ideal for these parties

Gelatin dishes, due to their color and transparency, are always showy. But for these holidays they can be more flashy and fun, plus nutritious, light and delicious for the children, if we add some chopped fruits and serve the gelatin in an original way. We have come up with two ways.

One of them consists of put some fruits in a cocktail glass to taste in pieces. We fill the glass with the liquid gelatin of the flavor we prefer and put it in the fridge.

The other, more surprising still, consists of grab an ice bucket silicone, which are in very fun and childish ways. In each hole we put a piece of fruit and fill it with the gelatin. We have put gelatin diluted in syrup and vanilla aroma to make it transparent and the fruit looks good. We let it set cold. They look like ice cubes! They are ideal to serve after dinner with non-alcoholic drinks.
