The first thing to do is season the chicken breast pieces.
We prepare two dishes, in one of them we will beat the two eggs and in the other we will put the breadcrumbs.
We pass each of the breasts first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan we add olive oil, enough to fry and we add the breasts.
Once fried, we serve them on a tray and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
