Healthy fruit desserts with vitamins

We already know that it is necessary to have a few daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Many times children do not have the habit of having natural fruit for dessert, beyond that they may like it more or less, and we do not do it by introducing it into their diet through different and attractive dishes for them.

In colorful fruit salads, in tartlets, mousses, ice creams, jellies, with yogurt and in fun cakes, the fruit provides all its vitamins and nutrients. Perhaps through these types of recipes, children get used to becoming familiar with the flavors of fruit and little by little they will choose the ones they prefer and how they like to eat it the most.

We give you some advice, take advantage of the seasonal fruits to make the most of its quality, flavor and nutrients, and by the way you can save a few euros.

So we are going to take a walk through our blog to discover some delicious desserts with fruit.

We start with desserts in which the fruit is served in a natural way, that is to say without beating it, cooking it or mixing it with creams or masses. We can offer you some juicy stuffed pears or a refreshing glass of orange wedges with yogurt and honey. And of course the Macedonians. On gelatin, with custard or tropical fruits, is a good way to get all the juice out of fruits.

To the delicious ice cream! With fruit we can make sorbets and ice creams at home that are just as rich and creamy as those from the ice cream parlor. In Recetín we have done the strawberries. Be guided by that recipe and put the fruit that you like the most.

La mousse it is another way to have fruit in desserts. Light, smooth and creamy, you can make it with figs, with passion fruit and with strawberries, of which you have to take advantage of because they are now in season.

More elaborate are cakes such as tarts or tartlets. Between the cakes, we recently made one with medlars, of which it is also time now, the Cherry clafoutis, or one made with pancakes and strawberries.

Famous in the whole world is the Apple strudel, a kind of puff pastry filled with compote. Another international dessert, this time Italian, is the panacotta. We did one of plums. And the fluffy soufflé? Here you have one of banana.

This is not everything. Keep researching in Recetín through our tags and posts to discover great fruit desserts.
