Cooking Tricks: How To Make Perfect Breadcrumbs

Do you make breadcrumbs at home or do you usually buy it ready-made? Without a doubt, the flavor of homemade breadcrumbs is much richer than that of purchased breadcrumbs, and that is why we are going to give you our little trick to make it perfect :)

To do it you need bread. I like to add a little minced garlic and fresh parsley, as it gives it a delicious flavor.

Take the bread and cut it into slices.

To make it perfect, once you have it cut into slices, put it in the oven on a tray and bake the bread at 220 degrees until it is toasted. When it's well toasted, remove it from the oven.

Once it is toasted, you have three options:

  1. Grate it with a mixer until it is perfect.
  2. Grate it with a grater.
  3. Put it in a food processor with the garlic and parsley and grate everything until it is uniform.

Of the three ways, it will be spectacular. Once you have it grated, to save it so that it does not go bad, put it in a tupperware and put it in the freezer. It will stay perfect and you can use it at any time, since it does not freeze.
