Whenever we prepare it there is nothing left at all, it flies right away! And it does not surprise me, because it is a delight. In this case, we have prepared it from totally homemade way, that is, with natural potatoes fried by us. But if you want a more express version, you can use already frozen potatoes.

The only downside is that it cannot be prepared in advance, but you can advance the steps of the sauce and cut bacon. So it will only be to fry the potatoes at the last moment, assemble the plate and lissssto !!

Delicious bacon and cheese fries, with a cream sauce and lots of cheese to gratin.

Ingredients

• 500 g of potatoes for frying
• plenty of oil for frying
• 150 g sliced ​​bacon
• salt to taste
• cheese mix for gratin

Cream sauce:

• 100 ml cream to assemble
• a teaspoon of milk
• The juice of lemon 1 / 2
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 little black pepper (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• a pinch of salt

Preparation

1. We put in a frying pan plenty of oil to fry. When it is hot, fry the potatoes until golden brown.

2. While the potatoes are frying, mix in a large bowl with a fork so that all the ingredients of the sauce are well emulsified.

3. We place the sauce in an oven-safe container, as a base where we will then place the potatoes.

4. When the potatoes are ready, we place them on the sauce.

5. In that same pan, we remove the oil and sauté the bacon cut into small strips. We put on top of the potatoes and cover with the cheese to gratin.

6. Gratin with the grill in the oven until the cheese melts.
