Much faster than the oven, the cakes are prepared in the microwave. Time is money and that is why we allow ourselves to make a pastry recipe in this miraculous appliance. It will be enough to mix the ingredients of the dough, cut the apple to your liking and bake. Of course you can choose another fruit to fill the cake. Which prefer?

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 80 grs. Of flour
  • 60 grams cornstarch
  • 2 apples
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1/2 envelope of baking powder
  • 50 ml. melted butter
  • Cinnamon or other spice to taste

Preparation

  1. First, we vigorously beat the eggs with the sugar until they are creamy. Then we add the melted butter, the yogurt and the two flours with the yeast. We mix well.

  2. We cut the apples into small pieces and add them together with the spices to the cake batter.

  3. Put the dough in a microwave-safe mold and cook for about 6 minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave) at medium-high power or until we poke it with a toothpick and the cake comes out dry.

  4. We let it rest for a while in the microwave oven before removing the cake. Then we let it cool and unmold it.

    I have a question: have you used the grill or just the microwave? I say it because I just did it and mine is clear about everything.

      We can use the microwave combined with the grill if yours admits it, if you cannot toast it a little with the grill just taking care that the cake does not dry out.

    I just put it in the microwave and I don't know if it will work without milk but I think it will.
