But to give it a more original and sweet touch, We have tried to bathe the marzipan figures in chocolate and make delicious chocolates, which by the way would be very successful if you give them away in a nice box. 500 grams of ground almonds
500 grams cups of sugar
1 little water
Egg whites 2
2 yolks

Preparation

We start by mixing the ground almonds with the sugar and the egg whites. We can add a splash of water to lighten the dough a bit.
Once the mixture is kneaded, we let it rest for a couple of hours.
Then we form the figurines and put them on a baking tray.
Paint them with the egg yolk and put them in the oven to brown. We can put only the upper part of the oven so that they are gratin or also the lower part at medium temperature if we want to have tighter and harder figurines.
Once cold, bathe them in the melted chocolate and let them harden.
