Prepare your own homemade chocolates for Valentine's Day and conquer the heart of the person you love with a good sweet

- For 20 pink chocolates:

275 gr. White chocolate
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons red food coloring gel or powder

- For 20 dark chocolate:

275 gr. dark chocolate
2 teaspoons of butter

- more chocolates and coloring to decorate

Preparation

Melt the white chocolate together with the butter in a water bath or in the microwave until a homogeneous cream is obtained. We also melt the other dark chocolate with the butter for the colorless chocolates.
Add a little red food coloring to the white chocolate until you get the desired shade and mix.
Pour the chocolate into a chocolate mold or a silicone ice cube tray and tap it against the table to prevent bubbles. We put them in the fridge for a minimum of two hours to harden.
We decorate them once hard and arranged on non-stick paper. We will use melted white or dark chocolate. Chocolate with coloring will also serve us.
