Preparation

Wash and clean the anchovies well, on the other hand, wash the celery, onion, carrot, garlic and tomatoes and chop them finely.
In a saucepan we heat a little oil and add all the vegetables, before they start to brown, add the chili and wine and cook for about 7 or 8 minutes.
Pour in the broth and, when it comes to a boil, add the anchovies, salt and pepper them and cook for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with the parsley on top and serve with the slices of toast.
