Let's be generous. This Saturday we will dedicate a few hours to the kitchen. We will prepare a good tray of donuts (if some charitable soul gives us a hand, better) and the we will share with our family or friends to celebrate the carnival. We will see the reward.

I don't think I know anyone who doesn't like fritters and they will like this recipe for condensed milk fritters even more

Ingredients

  • 10 gr. diced fresh yeast or baker's yeast
  • 100 ml of water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 gr. Of flour
  • 30 gr. sugar
  • 75 gr. condensed milk
  • cinnamon powder
  • frying oil
  • icing sugar to decorate

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water.

  2. Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon to taste and a little salt.

  3. Stir well until a pasty mass is left.

  4. Now pour the milk little by little until it is well integrated into the pasta.

  5. Let the dough rest in the fridge to keep it cold.

  6. We form the fritters in the hot oil with the help of a wide-mouthed sleeve or with a spoon.

  7. We fry them so that they are golden and swollen.

  8. Off the heat, let them rest on absorbent paper and coat them with icing sugar.
