When you think of summer dinners ... what do you usually prepare? We want them to be fast, simple and above all to feed, right? Today we have a very funny proposal where the protagonists are the sausages, As the salty sausage muffins that we prepared a while ago.

Well, today we are going to make some fun snails with sausages.

Ingredients

  • 3 large sausages
  • 2 slices of sandwich cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Ketchup
  • Some nails to decorate

Preparation

  1. It is important that the sausages are large in order to perfectly make the shell of the snail. Cut the sausages in half, so that from one sausage, we can make two snails.

  2. Once we have one of the halves, we place thin slices of sandwich cheese on top and on top of the cheese, cooked ham. Carefully roll up the shell of the snail until we reach the head, and fix it with a pair of toothpicks so that they do not escape.

  3. We put a griddle or frying pan on the fire, without oil, and place our snail on its side so that the cheese melts and melts in the sausage. Once done on one side, we will pass it on the other.

  4. When we have our sausage snails ready, we put two nails in each eye, and accompany the sausages with a little ketchup and a tomato and lettuce salad.
