Angela, this recipe can be improved a lot. I would mix the dressing separately, lime, extra virgin olive oil, capers, very thin slices of red onion and a teaspoon of honey, it is emulsified and poured on top of the salmon. With a few thin slices of avocado and a few rocket leaves at the end, seasoned with salt and pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
