500 gr. wheat flour
100 gr. sugar
50 gr. of butter
3 eggs
1 envelope of vanilla sugar
1 glass of orange or anise liqueur
frying oil
sugar glass

Preparation

To start, we mix the flour, sugar and vanilla. Then we add the eggs and the liquor. We love everything well until we have a homogeneous mass left.
Roll out the pasta with a rolling pin until it is like a thin sheet. With a knife or a zigzag cutter, we make 8×12 cm rectangles. Ideally, the chiacchere should have those characteristic pointed edges.
Fry the strips of dough in hot oil, browning them on both sides. We place them on a container lined with kitchen paper so that they lose all the oil.
We bathe them in icing sugar.
