Do you usually make batters at home? Normally we usually make them fried, but the battered ones in the oven are also delicious and with much less calories. Today we are going to prepare some chicken Cordon Bleu fillets that go in the oven. They are delicious, tasty and with a very crispy batter.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While you are preparing the chicken fillets. For it, Put cling film on top of the kitchen counter, and on the transparent film, go placing the chicken fillets well stretched.

Once you have them stretched out, salt and pepper the chicken fillets, and put on top of each one of the fillets, the cheese well spread. When you have them all, add the slices of cooked ham.

Roll each of the fillets and if you want, so that nothing escapes from inside, hold them with a toothpick.

Once you have them, In a plate put the egg and beat it, and in another plate put the breadcrumbs with the minced garlic and the chopped parsley.

Pass each of the rolls first through the egg, and then through the breadcrumbs, and once you have them, place each Cordon Bleu on a baking tray previously painted with a little olive oil.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and take them very warm.

It's very good. I cooked it for my family a few days ago and except for my brother, who complained that it was somewhat dry, everyone liked it very much.
