500 gr of fresh boletus
1 liter of chicken broth
1 onion, finely chopped
70 ml of cream for cooking
Sal Island

Preparation

We cut the boletus into very thin slices and chop the onion also very finely and fry everything in oil until they cook little by little but without turning brown, so that the onion is transparent.
Remove the oil and add the chicken broth in a pot together with the boletus and the onion, so that the boletus are covered. We let everything simmer for about 8 minutes.
Add the cooking cream and stir, letting everything boil for another 10 minutes. Once that time has passed, we put everything in the blender and blend well.
Decorate with some slices of boletus and a little black pepper with a drizzle of olive oil. yummy!
