Lentil cream to attract luck at the end of the year

If in Spain it is typical to take grapes at the end of the year, in Italy, lentils are the stars of the New Year's table. If we are somewhat superstitious and we like to try everything that can bring us luck, this New Year's Eve we are going to have lentils for dinner.

To save more than one child upset, the better put them in creampie to have a lighter first and accompany them with some ingredients that they like such as bacon or cheese, which in our recipe is filling a hot puff pastry.

Ingredients

• 250 grams of lentils
• Vegetable broth
• 1 cebolla
• 1 leek
• salt and pepper
• liquid cream
• puff pastry
• Gouda cheese
• bacon

Preparation

1. We begin by cooking the lentils with the vegetable broth, the chopped onion and leek following the advice of Recetín to get some delicious grandma's lentils.
